Welcome to Danwell Design. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Danwell Design and our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
2. Products
Danwell Design offers original-designed products, including mobile phone cases. Our products may be manufactured and fulfilled on demand by selected third-party production and fulfilment partners.
We aim to display product colours, designs and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and manufacturing process.
Minor variations that are inherent to the printing or manufacturing process may occur.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your name, email address, delivery address and selected product or phone model, is correct.
After an order has been placed, production may begin quickly because many of our products are produced on demand.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, technical errors, unavailable products or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown during your shopping experience.
The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges known to us, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country or region.
5. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
Danwell Design may accept orders from customers in multiple countries.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Danwell Design.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Danwell Design can legally be imported into their destination country.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product, production location and shipping provider.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Change-of-Mind Returns
Where applicable under consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within the statutory withdrawal period.
For consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area, this will generally be 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform Danwell Design of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.

Where legally permitted, customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal where the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Customers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights available to consumers in their country or region.
8. Personalised Products
Certain products may in the future be produced according to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised, for example with a customer's own name, photograph, artwork or other customised content.
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to such personalised or custom-made products.
This exception does not affect rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured or different from what you ordered, please contact:

Where applicable law gives you a right to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy, Danwell Design will honour those rights.
Customers will not be required to bear costs that applicable consumer law requires the seller to cover in connection with defective or non-conforming products.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be handled within the legally required timeframe. We may, where permitted by law, withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option may not be refundable where permitted by law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, designs, graphics, branding, logos, product images and other original content created for Danwell Design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Danwell Design content may not be reproduced, copied, commercially distributed, resold or otherwise exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a Danwell Design product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in its design.
12. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for services including manufacturing, fulfilment, shipping, website hosting and payment processing.
The use of such providers does not remove any responsibility that Danwell Design has toward consumers under applicable mandatory law.
Certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Danwell Design is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, nor does it restrict mandatory consumer rights.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Information necessary to process an order may be shared with relevant service providers, such as payment processors, manufacturers, fulfilment providers and shipping companies.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, products or applicable laws.
The terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the order is placed, subject to mandatory law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer residing outside Sweden, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws that cannot contractually be excluded.
