Danwell Design ships internationally. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through selected print-on-demand production partners.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

 

Processing & Delivery

 

As our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the production facility handling your order and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times may be provided during checkout where available.

Please note that production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that tracking may not be available for every shipping method or destination.

 

Customs & Import Fees

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

 

Customers may have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For consumers in the EU/EEA, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless a legal exception applies.

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Where permitted by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for a change-of-mind return.

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care. A reduction in refund value may apply where permitted by law if a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

 

Personalised Products

 

Products that are made specifically according to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
